We assess the individual situation and coordinate the procedure with all parties involved.
Palliative care encompasses all measures that provide physical, psychological, social and spiritual support for terminally ill people and their relatives. Palliative care is provided to people with an incurable underlying disease or advanced chronic illness, regardless of age or gender. The aim is to provide loving care and ensure the highest possible quality of life until the end of life.
According to a study by the Federal Statistical Office, three-quarters of all Swiss respondents say they would prefer to die at home. Nevertheless, the most common places of death are still retirement and nursing homes, followed by hospitals. As a private Spitex company, we want seriously ill people to be able to spend their precious remaining time in their familiar surroundings with their loved ones and with the highest possible dignity and quality of life. That is why we also offer care services within the framework of "palliative care".
In addition to basic nursing knowledge and skills, palliative care for terminally ill patients requires above all empathy. Not forgetting support, advice and relief for relatives. We attach great importance to punctuality and ensure that you or your relatives have a constant caregiver or team at your side.
